The Minnesota Association of Townships (MAT) is a nonprofit voluntary membership association representing 1,772 of the 1,776 townships across the state. Providing educational seminars, crafting informational documents and guides, and offering an inquiry response service to over 9,000 township officers are the primary services offered by MAT. MAT also prints a magazine (5 issues per calendar year) with a circulation exceeding 9,000 per issue. Your organization has an opportunity to support MAT's efforts to assist local government leaders provide efficient and effective services at the grassroots level.
