MAT Board of Directors
The Minnesota Association of Townships (MAT) is governed by a 13-member Board of Directors, with one elected director elected by each 13 geographic districts across the state. The Board provides strategic leadership and oversight for MAT by establishing policies, guiding the Association's mission, overseeing finances, and ensuring the organization continues to effectively serve and advocate for Minnesota's townships. Directors are elected by township officials within their respective districts and work closely with MAT staff to advance the interests of township government statewide.
