Mandatory State Workplace Posters
Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry resources for required state workplace posters. Townships can use this information to determine which state notices must be displayed for employees.

Federal EEOC Posters
Required federal workplace notices from the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), including information employers must post regarding federal employment discrimination laws.

PERA – Public Employees Retirement Association
Local governments must enroll all employees who qualify for Public Employees Retirement Association of Minnesota (PERA) membership, report wage and employment information on covered members, pay contributions, and provide information about employees who have been excluded from PERA participation.

UI Minnesota – Paid Leave
Provides townships access to Minnesota’s unemployment insurance system, where they can register the township for unemployment insurance and establish a Paid Leave account.
