The U.S. Department of the Treasury (Treasury) will host a workshop series for all recipients of the State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (SLFRF) Program

The U.S. Department of the Treasury (Treasury) will host a workshop series for all recipients of the State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (SLFRF) Program to assist with successful submission of their 2025 Annual or Q1 Project and Expenditure (P&E) Reports, which will be due on April 30, 2025. The purpose of the workshop series is to provide recipients with key resources to navigate the 2025 P&E reports.

Listed below are the four key areas that we will be covered during each workshop session:

  1. P&E Report Content
  2. Common Reporting Errors
  3. Noncompliance
  4. Debt Management

The workshop will be offered during two different dates to allow greater flexibility and opportunity for recipient participation. Workshop details and the registration links are listed below. The workshops will be recorded.

  • Webinar Session 1: April 9, 2025
  • Webinar Session 2: April 15, 2025

Who should attend? Staff who administer their recipient government’s SLFRF award funds, including staff with new administrative responsibilities, are encouraged to attend. In particular, staff directly administering budget, finance, policy, grants, housing programs, Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) programs, emergency management programs, or other functions of the SLFRF program may find the workshop helpful.

Prior to attendance, please verify your portal access. For information about accessing the portal to follow along during the webinar, see the information below:

  • To access the Portal and submit your SLFRF reports, you’ll need to register and set up an account with one of two Treasury’s two sign-in services, Login.gov or ID.me.
  • If you are a new user and have not previously registered with ID.me, or if you are an NEU, we ask you to register using the Login.gov process at: https://portal.treasury.gov/compliance.
  • [Note: We strongly suggest new users and NEUs register using Login.gov, as it offers a much easier, user-friendly experience when registering to access the Treasury Portal.]
  • Users who have previously registered through ID.me and submitted a compliance report may continue to access Treasury’s Portal through that method, although creating a new Login.gov account will not cause any issues. Users can login using both ID.me and Login.gov, provided the accounts use the same email address.
