Evaluation of MnDOT’s Non-Metro Local Consultation Process

You are encouraged to complete the evaluation of MnDOT’s Non-Metropolitan Local Official Consultation Process.

MnDOT wants township officers’ opinions on the effectiveness of the existing consultation process used in the statewide transportation planning and programming processes. They are a conducting this survey as part of a Federal requirement (23 CFR 420.210(b)) that State Departments of Transportation solicit comments from non-metropolitan local officials every five years. Their input will be used to improve the planning and programming processes.

MnDOT is analyzing where and how they can improve processes, and township officials are a key part of that process.
