Use e-Services to Create a Certificate of Rent Paid

The Minnesota Department of Revenue is expanding access to their Certificate of Rent Paid (CRP) system. By January 1, 2024, all residential property owners and managers will be able to log in to e-Services. There is no cost to use this service.

Landlords are not required to use e-Services to create CRPs for rent paid in 2023. However, landlords will be required to use e-Services to create CRPs for rent paid in 2024.
